From genetics to family history

A great deal can be learned from a person’s genes. But often, simply listening during the medical history interview and asking a few specific questions is enough to understand a person’s strengths and weaknesses and to create a risk profile for specific environmental factors.

What is inflammation, and which factors cause it to become chronic? Is inflammation always something bad, or is it biologically a logical consequence of today’s lifestyle? Is there a natural way out of the inflammation trap?

Especially in the area of unhealthy habits and unconscious behavioural patterns, we support our clients in taking personal responsibility. To this end, we regularly offer practical workshops that teach concrete tools for self-application.
These workshops are part of our holistic approach and are aimed at anyone who wants to actively contribute to their health—preventively, alongside treatment, or to stabilise after treatment.
